UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Assists with electric, gas, and heating fuel (propane, oil, pellets and wood). Wood and pellets are reimbursed up to a certain amount upon purchase by the client. Gas and electric payment assistance is made to utility provider (Pacific Power and/or Avista) and credited to client's account.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: -Call to be pre-screened and to schedule an appointment.
-Appointments may take up to 30 minutes; arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon completion of the appointment, you will receive a receipt for the payment amount and your utility provider will be notified.
-Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks for the payment to be posted to the account.

DOCUMENTS: Must bring all of the following documents to your appointment or it will be canceled and you will not be rescheduled:
-Social Security cards for all household members
-Proof of income for the previous month
-Utility bills
-Photo ID for all household members age 18 and older
