Provides confidential rapid testing for HIV and AIDS, Syphilis and Hepatitis C. Prevention education and resources and support for treatment. Support access to HIV medications, transportation to medical care appointments, transitional housing, disease management education, referrals to other agencies for basic needs, employment, and substance abuse treatment.
