Referral and coordination of substance use treatment services through Intensive Care Coordination. Clackamas County provides alcohol and drug treatment services through a network of providers. Services may be available for individuals who are mandated for treatment as the result of a DUII. Services include information and education, as well as treatment for adults and youth with substance use disorder issues.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and referral
FEES: Accepts OHP and most private insurance. State General Fund for individuals who are uninsured.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
