Baker House is a 90-day residential treatment facility that provides detoxification for alcohol and drug addiction, including treatment for methamphetamine, opiates, alcohol and other drugs of abuse. Treatment is individualized and client centered, using evidence based practices. Treatment plans emphasize stages of change, motivational enhancement, cognitive thinking errors, relapse prevention planning, and individual, group, and family counseling.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call intake for information. Must complete drug and alcohol assessment to determine eligibility.
FEES: Accepts OHP and private insurance. Offers sliding scale fees for uninsured patients.
No one will be denied access to outpatient mental health or addictions services due to inability to pay.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
