INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information or to schedule a ride. Same-day service may be possible if scheduling allows, but calling 48 hours in advance to schedule a ride is preferred to guarantee availability.
FEES: Fees apply to private transportation only (individuals without OHP or non-medical related transportation for those with OHP)
