CLACKAMAS MHC JAIL DIVERSION
Jail diversion provides support to individuals with qualifying mental health issues, who are involved in the legal system and experiencing co-occurring addiction issues, by referring treatment providers and resources that will help keep them out of jail. Individuals will have access to case management, therapy, peer support, resource connection, and medication management, if appropriate.
