ASHLAND LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ALIEAP)
The City of Ashland offers electric bill payment assistance during the winter months. Maximum bill credit is $300, or 50% of 3 months of bills for the general public or 50% of 6 months of bills for older adults and adults with disabilities.
