JOHN’S HOUSE
Providing a co-ed transitional living program for DHS Foster youth aging out of the Foster Care system and homeless young adults. Program also provides residents with connections to permanent community supports and peer-to-peer mentoring. The length of stay is 6-18 months.

Eligibility: -Ages 18-22 experiencing homelessness or aging out of the DHS Foster System
-Drug and alcohol-free
-Attending school, if applicable
-Must maintain employment
-Must actively participate in planning and executing a transition plan
