PO Box 651

Eligibility: Low-income pet owners.

They will only pay medical services on pets that have been vaccinated, because surgery lowers their resistance to disease. They will also assist with paying for emergency veterinary care; however, if the animal is not fixed, they will only help pay medical bills it as long as they are allowed to spay/neuter it before it goes home.
