EARLY ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT ALLIANCE
Provides rapid identification, support, assessment and treatment for teenagers and young adults who are experiencing the early signs of psychosis. Services include medication and medication monitoring, individual and group counseling, multi-family groups, occupational therapy, family education and support, vocational training, life-skills coaching, 24/7 crisis services, community resource connection, and education about psychosis.

Eligibility: Ages 12-25 who have had a first episode of psychosis within the last 12 months or who are experiencing early at-risk symptoms for psychosis and their families

FEES: Accepts OHP and private insurances. Sliding scale fees available for uninsured patients.
