Focuses on improving the overall health of Club Members by increasing their daily physical activity through recreational activities and team sports, providing nutrition education, and helping them develop healthy relationships. Offers a prevention and education program that addresses issues such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

Hours: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-6:30pm on regular school days (follows the Ontario School District calendar)
Summer: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:30pm
