Provides emotional support and referrals to empower parents and caregivers by promoting parental resilience, social connections, knowledge of parenting and child development, and children's social and emotional development. Advocates help problem-solve issues and connect to local services. Offers support via online resources (Facebook, X aka Twitter, and YouTube) and an online bulletin board for parents and caregivers to share their experiences and create supportive peer communities.
