Provides an information and referral helpline for individuals living with mental illness and their family members. The helpline is answered by trained volunteers and staff who provide consumers and family members with information on local mental health services, access to mental health providers, prescription assistance programs, transportation, supportive peer counseling, family-centered and peer-delivered education programs, support and consumer rights groups, and other basic services.

The helpline and website can connect callers with local NAMI affiliates that can provide further local information, education, and support programs.
