Eligibility:
Expungement: Individuals who have no criminal charges in the U.S.
or foreign countries, no criminal convictions in the previous 3
years, no more than one conviction in the past 10 years, and are
not currently on parole or probation.
All other services: Must meet income guidelines. Prioritizes serving survivors of abuse or violent trauma and disabled individuals.
