Must meet income guidelines (Federal Poverty Level). Prioritizes
serving survivors of abuse or violent trauma and people with
disabilities.
Expungement:
-No pending charges anywhere in the world
-No criminal convictions in the last 3 years (not including 1 non-traffic violation)
-No more than one convictions in the last 10 years
-Not currently on parole or probation
