-Bank information showing routing number and account number for automatic deposit
-Government-issued photo ID for taxpayer and spouse
-Social Security card (or Medicare A card) for all people listed on tax return
-W-2, 1099 forms
-Medical co-pays, receipts for prescriptions, mileage to/from medical facilities
-1098 mortgage interest statement
-Receipts for donated items
-Bill of sale for vehicles, boats, or major home improvements
-Education expenses including 1098 forms
-Health care coverage forms
