GUARDIANSHIP, ADVOCACY, AND PLANNING SERVICES
Provides guardianship, advocacy, and health care advocacy services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through a testamentary nomination in their will, families can plan for services upon their passing. GAPS also accepts referrals for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that have no one else in their lives and need protection from abusive or neglectful situations.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. Intake packet provided for families that are conducting future planning and developing their wills. Referrals can be made anytime by calling the office.
