TRANSITION-AGE YOUTH SERVICES
Provides individual/group skills training, supported employment/education, supported housing, life skills, and psychiatric treatment for transition-age youth with severe mental illnesses impacting their ability to successfully function in the community and achieve normal developmental milestones.

The STRIDE program connects transition-age youth with services that support well-being and independence, including peer support, case management, outreach, and engagement.
