County Veterans Service Offices (CVSOs) offer a variety of services to veterans, as well as their dependents and survivors, including veterans' benefits counseling and claims preparation to obtain education; service-connected and non-service-related disability and survivor benefits for Oregon veterans, their dependents and survivors; veterans home loans; and Oregon Veterans' Home Conservatorship services, including total estate management for certain veterans, their dependents, and survivors who are legally determined to be "protected persons" under Oregon law.
