Cascade Health Alliance is a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) that coordinates health care services for Medicaid members assigned to its CCO. Provides specialized information and referrals to health care providers, including physicians and specialists, for services such as dental care, eye care, pharmacies, substance use disorder treatment, and transportation for health care visits covered by the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
