Eligibility:
Low or no income; immigrants, asylum-seekers, and refugees,
regardless of immigration status. Generally serves households with
income no higher than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
-Call to start the intake process. Give the receptionist full name,
phone number, country of origin, preferred language, and a brief
case description.
-If assistance needed is for a particular service (citizenship, asylum, domestic violence survivors, crime victims, DACA), or if any upcoming court dates, let the receptionist know
-A phone number will be given to schedule an intake interview. An intake interview is not a guarantee that the agency will take a case.
-After the intake interview, applicant will be called with a final case determination, which may be delayed due to high call volume
Detained individuals or family members: call and leave a message with the detainee's name and, if possible, the A number on the bracelet at the detention center. Staff cannot return messages at this number, but the individual will be scheduled for a group presentation on services.
