TENANT EVICTION DEFENSE
Provides tenants with brief advice, helps negotiate agreements with their landlord's lawyers, and facilitates rental assistance applications.
Eligibility: Below 400% of the federal poverty level. Most services are limited to tenants served at the Multnomah County Courthouse clinic during the first appearance of their eviction case.
