A Family Resource Advocate (FRA) identifies services that meet the immediate needs of a family and find the supports to match those needs. The primary focus of the FRA is to connect the participants with resources including early childhood screens and assessments, medical homes, family advocates, home visitors, kindergarten readiness, and counselors.
