HOMECOMING FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM
Provides on a referral basis housing and case management services to families whose last barrier to reunification with their child with-in the child welfare program is a lack of affordable, appropriate housing. Provides families with financial assistance services such as rent and move-in deposit, goal setting with progress benchmarks, and reflecting on what success means to each family. Referral forms can be submitted by a current Child welfare case worker, Lawyer/Attorney, Child Welfare Mentor, and their court on behalf of an eligible applicant.
