AllCare CCO coordinates health insurance services for Medicaid members assigned to its Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). Includes specialized information and referrals to healthcare providers for medical, dental, and behavioral health. Additional wellness benefits for AllCare CCO members include Ready Ride medical transportation, pain management, weight management programs, and a 24/7 nurse help line. AllCare CCO members can receive vouchers from providers for taking healthy actions such as attending appointments and tobacco cessation, to purchase items at the BABE Store such as diapers, books, and blankets.
