LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP)
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides grants to help pay for a range of home heating and cooling costs including electricity, natural gas, oil, wood, and propane. LIHEAP eligible applicants may also qualify for an air conditioning unit that would be sent to the applicant's home. Availability for assistance is dependent upon available federal funding.
