Eligibility:
Water Assistance: Residents and customers of areas served by Sunrise Water Authority only.
Targeted Cooling Assistance: Vulnerable senior and disabled residents including those that are homebound.
Targeted Heating Assistance: Vulnerable senior and disabled residents including those that are homebound, those who are medically fragile, and those requiring assistance to apply for services.

Specific program date ranges are as follows:
-Cooling Assistance: Open June 1-September 15, as funds allow
-Targeted Cooling Assistance: Open May 1-May 31 for eligible individuals
-Heating Assistance: Open December 1-April 30, as funds allow
-Targeted Heating Assistance: Open October 1-April 30 for eligible individuals and additionally open November 1-April 30 for households meeting the preceding criteria as well as households with at least one child under the age of 6
