UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides electric, gas, heating fuel, and water payment assistance through five different programs; Low Income Heat and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP), Heat Oregon, Gas Assistance Program (GAP) and the Oregon low-income Gas Program (OLGA), and a Woodlot Program.
Offers on site help filling out the Energy Assistance application.

Eligibility: Low-income households. Customers of Clatskanie PUD, Pacific Power, NW Natural Gas, and West Oregon Electric, and propane and heating oil users.

-Social Security Card and date of birth for all household members
-Proof of income
-Current utility bill (name on the bill must match applicant's or another adult in household and application), or receipts for pellets, propane, oil, or wood
