Provides virtual English as a second language (ESL) courses for limited English proficient (LEP) persons. Also offers volunteering opportunities to adults who are interested in teaching English.
Eligibility: Age 18 and older
Hours: Rockwood Library: Mondays from 6pm-7:30pm, Tuesdays from 2pm-3:30pm, Wednesdays 2pm-3:30pm
Gresham Library: Thursdays 4:30pm-6pm
