Provides shelter with case management services. Residents must undergo a background check, remain clean and sober for the duration of their stay, and be willing to participate in the organization's program to overcome barriers and apply for sustainable housing. Preference is given to families whose last housed location was in Fairview, Gresham, northeast Portland, southeast Portland, Troutdale, or Wood Village.
