Eligibility:
Financial assistance: Households meeting eligibility and who can
demonstrate financial ability to maintain their current housing.
Income must be more than rent plus basic living expenses.

Completed intake packet, photo ID and proof of income for the last
30 days for all adults on the application, Social Security cards
for everyone on the application, current year's Social Security
award letter if applicable, notices from landlord if applicable
