ABCs of Homebuying: Class helps participants learn what homeownership is and gain confidence in working with the people involved in the process. The 8-hour class covers topics such as housing Decisions, shopping for a Home, financial preparation, mortgages, closing, and protecting investments.
Pre-Purchase Counseling: Program assists participants in reviewing their current financial situation, review of credit history, creating a budgeting plan to save for a down payment, and answering questions about loan documents, lender referrals, and down payment assistance.
Ready to Rent: Housing readiness program for renters that have barriers to finding housing. Prepares participants for successful rental living. Graduates receive a certificate showing that they have completed a 6-week training on Housing Readiness Education.

Eligibility:
All classes: Low to moderate income households.
Ready to Rent: People with poor/no credit, past evictions, no rental history, criminal history, and/or other screening barriers to rental housing and who are at risk of homelessness or currently homeless.
