EASTERN OREGON CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING BURNS
BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Offers assistance in the career development process and integration of career goals into overall life planning to promote independence for individuals with disabilities. This may include information about education/training opportunities, job modification or accommodation in situations where the worksite can be adapted to the worker, or work readiness and job-seeking skills. Employment services also teach individuals how to present their disability in a positive light and clarify any accommodations they may need on the job.

The Work Incentives Program (WIN) offers benefits and work incentives for people with disabilities who want to work by assisting with decisions about work and their benefits. Benefits analysis for individuals with disabilities wanting to work but afraid to lose benefits is also provided.
