Eligibility: Households experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Community Works focuses specifically on serving people experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or trafficking, as well as youth.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for screening appointment and ask to be put into coordinated entry. Households will be placed on the Centralized Interest List for available housing. Most appointments will be in-person rather than by phone.

LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, and access to confidential interpreter services for over 100 other languages.

SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm
TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Location is in the RE/MAX building, in a complex on the corner of E Barnett Road and Black Oak Drive. Use the RE/MAX entrance and take stairs or elevator to the lower floor.
