Offers access to care and case management services providing assistance with such services as SNAP enrollment, 12 step meetings, mental health and substance use assessments, cognitive therapy, finding employment and/or housing, parenting class referrals, GED courses, and hygiene items. Also offers on-site distribution and training in usage of Naloxone.
