SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES
Services are tailored to the individual and administered one-on-one or in a group setting. Our team is made up of Qualified Mental Health Professionals, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and Peer Support Specialists who are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat substance use disorders. Together, the client and counselor develop a service plan to achieve the client’s desired goals.
DUII Program: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors provide Substance Use Disorder treatment for individuals who have a DUII conviction and have been referred by the courts.

FEES: Accepts OHP and some private insurances. Sliding scale fees also available for uninsured patients.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
