Eligibility: Adults ages 18 and older and Familes with children under age 18. Dogs and cats allowed. Dogs must be well behaved and on a leash. Cats must be in a carrier. Kennels not provided.
Hours: Open 24 hours per day when the high temperature is 30 degrees or below for three or more days
