WEATHERIZATION AND ENERGY CONSERVATION
Provides weatherization services to help households lower their utility bills. Services include in-home visits by an educator/auditor who provides energy-saving tips, efficient lighting, and water-saving devices.

Households may also qualify for comprehensive weatherization services that include an energy audit visit to determine which energy-saving measures can be installed. Private contractors then install the recommended cost-effective measures, which may include ceiling, floor, or wall insulation; EPDM roofs (a durable synthetic rubber material); duct sealing; water heaters; heating systems; exhaust fans; or energy-efficient window and refrigerator replacements.

Eligibility: Homeowners and renters earning no more than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level:
-1-person household: $25,520/year or $2,126/month gross
-2-person household: $34,480/year or $2,873/month gross
-3-person household: $43,440/year or $3,620.00/month gross
-4-person household: $52,400/year or $4,366/month gross
-5-person household: $61,360/year or $5,113/month gross
