Individuals with a qualifying emergency medical condition who
are:
-Ages 19 to 64
-Not receiving Medicare
-Some individuals seeking long-term care services
Qualifying medical conditions includes at least one of the following:
-Emergency room care, inpatient admission, or outpatient surgery
-A cancer treatment plan
-Dialysis treatment
-Anti-rejection medication for an organ transplant
-Long-Term Care services
-Ages 19 to 64
-Not receiving Medicare
