FAMILY PROMISE OF GREATER WASHINGTON COUNTY
Provides a small shelter program and case management. Families live and sleep at one of our shelter houses. Staff work closely with the families, giving them individual attention and support to help them become self-sufficient. A family advocate is assigned to each family to make a tailored plan for permanent housing.



Family Promise of Greater Washington County operates four programs: Prevention, Remote, Shelter, and Stabilization.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for appointment. Referrals are done through Community Connect which is Community Action of Washington County's coordinated entry system.
