BRIDGE HOUSE
Provides transitional housing for youth, especially youth that were previously homeless and pregnant/parenting youth. Offers young people an opportunity to take charge of their lives. Operating on a self-government model, residents participate in every aspect of decision making within the program.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Email, fax or hand deliver completed application found on website. May require additional referral from an outside caseworker. Once Bridge House receives the application, they will call to schedule an interview.
Please note there is typically a 1-2 month waitlist. Call the Access Center for more information.
