Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as tuberculosis screenings. Influenza (flu) vaccines are provided to children as the vaccine becomes available each season.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and to schedule an appointment
FEES: Accepts OHP and most private insurances and offers sliding scale fees. No child will be turned away from receiving vaccinations because of inability to pay.
