MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY RESOURCES
Provides a variety of services for individuals with neuromuscular diseases, including:
-Limited medical expense assistance
-Support groups and clinics
-Financial assistance for obtaining as well as the repair of durable medical equipment
-Access to educational programs and materials, transition program for young adults, etc.
Eligibility: Must have a diagnosis of one of the 43 neuromuscular diseases covered. Includes Myasthenia Gravis, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and spinal Muscular Atrophy, ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).
