TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
Provides homes for youth transitioning off the streets and moving toward independence. Offers a continuum of transitional living options, including a 26-bed facility designed for helping youth build independent living skills while working or pursuing educational goals, independent apartments with subsidized rent and case management, and small group living homes for homeless youth who are former foster children and youth who identify as LGBTQ.
