State office providing technical assistance and dispute resolution services to landlords and tenants in manufactured dwelling parks. Provides copies of relevant laws and general information on rights and responsibilities. Assists clients in making decisions about how to handle manufactured dwelling park-related situations. May be referred to local mediation services for dispute resolution. Also maintains the statewide Manufactured Home Park Directory, which offers information on spaces available for rent.
