INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website or call the Energy Appointment message line to check for available appointments. If appointments are not available, individuals are advised to check back the next day for availability. No walk-in appointments.

DOCUMENTS: Clients must bring photocopies (for SEI to keep) of all required documents: photo ID and current income verification for the past 30 days for all household members age 18 and older, Social Security cards for all household members, and 2 most current utility bills (if applicable) which must be in the applicant's name.
