RENT WELL E COURSE
Rent Well E-Course is a 15-hour self-paced online course covering key information for being a responsible and stable tenant. Participants explore screening barriers they may have and take steps to address those barriers. Participants have access to a personal Support Specialist for the course duration.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be presented to landlords when applying for housing. Certificates are valid for 18 months and list the graduation date and expiration date. Each time an individual graduates from Ready to Rent, they receive a new certificate for 18 months. Certificates can be used anywhere in Oregon.
