ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an integrated approach for community mental health service delivery. ACT serves outpatients whose symptoms of mental illness result in functioning difficulties in life, work, social relationships, and physical health and wellness. Services include case management, medication management, skills training, and group and social skills support.

FEES: Accepts Medicaid (OHP), Medicare, and most private insurances. Sliding scale fees and payment plans available for uninsured patients.
