Babies First offers development screening and case management to children 0-5 at risk of developmental delay. Program staff can facilitate referrals to a multitude of community agencies. The home visiting nurse can provide health and developmental screenings, health and nutrition education, infant and child development tips, breastfeeding support, and referrals to community resources that center on the family's needs.
