AGING AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Provides a range of services to older adults and adults with disabilities, such as adult abuse investigation, assessment, case management, administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP)/Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, and information and referral to other coordinated programs and services such as Oregon Project Independence Pilot (PWD) and pre-admission screening for nursing homes, foster homes, health promotion programs, and residential and nursing home care for Medicaid-eligible adults with disabilities.

Offers support for primary caregivers, family members caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, and grandparents caring for grandchildren.This location also inspects and licenses adult foster homes in Jackson and Josephine Counties.
