Eligibility:
Ages 0-24 and families with children/youth ages 0-21 who are
homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, including those who
are:
-Couch surfing
-Living in hotels or motels
-Camping
-Living on the streets
-Living in a car or trailer
-Staying in a shelter or other temporary living situation
-Any other unsafe or dangerous living situation
If someone does not qualify, staff will work to find another community resource that would be a better fit.
